The Saying When app was developed by the Education department at The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Canada's leading addictions and mental health hospital. With over 20 years of successful implementation, this program is now finally accessible in a mobile format, allowing you to tailor it to your needs.
Saying When offers confidential support, enabling you to address your concerns about drinking without the need for meetings or group interactions. This self-help approach is truly anonymous and can have a positive impact on your health, job, and relationships.
A PROVEN PROGRAM
Saying When is a self-help program that incorporates research and evaluation of various treatment methods for individuals with alcohol-related issues. The mobile version utilizes the same tools that have successfully helped people control their drinking for over two decades.
SELF-ASSESSMENT
Take a brief self-assessment to establish a baseline for success. Understanding your drinking patterns and motivations will aid you in knowing when to say when. If you feel that you need additional support, the app provides links to reputable resources.
